These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding agreement between players who use the golden7 platform and golden7. By accessing this website, opening an account, or using any of the services, a player is considered to have accepted and agreed to all terms in this Agreement. If a player does not accept this Agreement, they should not continue using the services.

golden7 may amend these Terms & Conditions with prior notice. Changes take effect from the date they are published on the website. If a player continues to use the services after changes are made, they are considered to have accepted the revised terms.

1 Player Account & Eligibility

To use golden7's services, a player must meet the following requirements.

1.1 Age Requirement

The services are intended only for players aged 21+. No one under 21 may open an account or deposit funds at golden7. Accounts opened with false age information will be closed immediately and any remaining balance will not be refunded.

1.2 One Account Per Person

Each player may hold only one account at a time. If two or more accounts are found, all of them may be closed and any bonuses will be forfeited.

1.3 Registration

The details provided when opening an account — name, phone number, and payment information — must be accurate and belong to the account holder. Accounts opened with false information may be closed at any time.

1.4 Account Security

Players must keep their login password confidential and must not share it with any third party. Only the player themselves may authorise access to their account. golden7 is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access.

2 Deposits & Withdrawals

2.1 Deposit Methods

At golden7, you can deposit using KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for all these methods is 20,000 Ks.

Minimum deposit — 20,000 Ks | Minimum withdrawal — 30,000 Ks | Withdrawal time — within 1 hour

2.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks, and withdrawals are normally processed within 1 hour. You can only withdraw using the same payment method you used to deposit.

2.3 Payment Verification

golden7 has the right to review deposits and withdrawals, and may suspend any payment transactions that appear inappropriate. Player identity records may be requested as part of anti-money laundering checks.

3 Bonus and Promotion Terms

3.1 Welcome Bonus

The golden7 welcome bonus gives you 200% on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 500,000 Ks. To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount.

Example —

Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 40,000 Ks bonus, giving a total balance of 60,000 Ks. Wagering requirement: 40,000 Ks × 20 = 800,000 Ks.
Deposit 520,000 Ks and receive a 500,000 Ks bonus, giving a total balance of 1,020,000 Ks. Wagering requirement: 500,000 Ks × 20 = 10,000,000 Ks.

3.2 General Bonus Terms

Bonus funds can only be withdrawn as cash once the wagering requirement for each bonus has been fully met.
If you withdraw before meeting the wagering requirement, the bonus will be forfeited.
Please note that golden7 reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus. Players will be notified in advance of any cancellations.
If players are found to be colluding to abuse bonuses, golden7 will suspend the accounts involved, reverse the bonuses, and may take legal action.

4 Responsible Gaming

4.1 Player Responsibilities

Every player using our services is considered to have confirmed that they comply with the terms in this agreement and with responsible gaming obligations. Gaming should be for entertainment only and should not be used as a way to solve financial problems.

4.2 Responsible Gaming

4.3 Prohibited Actions

Players are not permitted to do any of the following —

Using software or tools to participate in games through unfair means
Combining accounts with the intent to fraudulently obtain bonuses
Using another player's personal information or payment method without authorisation
Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose

If any of these violations are found, golden7 will close the account, withhold any remaining balance, and may pursue legal action.

5 Referral Bonus

In the golden7 referral programme, the referrer receives 5% of their referred friend's first deposit as a bonus, up to a maximum of 10,000 Ks. In addition, the referrer will receive a weekly commission of 0.3% of the referred players' valid wagers.

6 Service Interruptions and Limitation of Liability

6.1 Service Downtime

golden7 may experience service downtime during maintenance, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. golden7 bears no responsibility for any losses that occur during such periods.

6.2 Game Outcome Decisions

golden7 reserves the right to review and correct any game results affected by technical errors caused by game software issues or data reading failures. Once a fair investigation is complete, the decision will be communicated to the player.

6.3 Play Restrictions Without Losing Money

golden7 may restrict or suspend a player's access to games depending on their gameplay. This includes cases involving inappropriate playing patterns.

8 VIP Levels and Cashback

golden7 has 5 VIP levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond — each offering players weekly bonus cashback. The cashback rate at each VIP level is —

Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly Cashback
Silver — up to 0.5% weekly Cashback
Gold — up to 0.7% weekly Cashback
Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly Cashback
Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly Cashback

To move up a VIP level, a player must be actively participating in games. Cashback will be issued as bonus funds, and golden7 may notify players in advance of any changes.

9 Software Copyright

All models, graphic designs, software, code, and content on the golden7 website are the intellectual property of golden7. Players may not translate, copy, or distribute any content on this platform without prior written permission from golden7.

10 Agreement Changes and Links

golden7 may update these terms and conditions with prior notice. Players should review this agreement from time to time, and if they do not accept any changes, they must stop using the services and close their account.
