A strong password should include uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols, and be at least 12 characters long. Avoid predictable numbers like your birthday. Do not reuse a password from another website for your golden7 account. Using a password manager makes this much easier.
Football betting
Odds show the payout rate relative to the chance of a player losing. For example, if Team A plays Team B and you pick Team A, you win only if Team A wins. In Handicap betting, the weaker team is given a goal advantage to level the playing field. The handicap number is added into the calculation when the final score is settled.
Yes, golden7 offers live betting (in-play betting). After a match starts, you can watch the scoring rate and how the game is playing out before making a more informed decision. Note that live odds change as the match progresses, so you need to decide quickly.
An accumulator is a single bet that combines the results of more than one match. Every selection must be correct to win — your payout is calculated using the combined odds of all matches. If even one match is wrong, you lose the whole bet. Deposit questions
For all payment methods at golden7, the minimum deposit is 20,000 Ks. For withdrawals, you need at least 30,000 Ks. These limits are the same regardless of method — whether you use KBZPay or bank transfer, nothing changes.
Log in to golden7, tap Deposit, and select KBZPay. Send the amount to the KBZPay number provided, then enter the transaction reference number in the deposit form. Once the deposit is confirmed, funds will appear in your account almost instantly. Please be careful not to send to the wrong phone number.
Deposits normally complete within a few minutes. If your account has not been credited after 30 minutes, contact Live Chat with a screenshot of your KBZPay or Wave Money transaction. Playing on mobile
If your connection drops mid-game, the system is designed to prevent any loss of funds because the session is kept on the server side. When you reconnect and log back in, you can continue from where you left off. However, in live dealer games, the results of any rounds already decided will be recorded by the server.
